Today, I made some chili and it turned out just like I like it - POPPIN' with color.
I don't measure when I cook but I can tell you what it consist of:
- ground meat (depending if it's just me I'll use veggie crumbles, if I share I use real meat)
- pinto beans
whole grain rotini pasta
- onions
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
- red, green, and orange peppers
- mixture of different seasonings from cupboard
I always serve with a pan of cornbread.
